Objectives: to gain personal experience with the sensation of muscle fatigue to prepare to learn about energy supply in muscles. To collect data to help support our understanding of muscle fatigue.
Instructions: The handout Energy Supply to Muscles and Types of Contractions was given to the class, but has not been gone over yet. We used the entire class period to make progress on the Muscle Fatigue Lab. We read through the introduction together, and talked about which words we will soon learn about that don't make sense yet. Objectives: Review superficial muscles and their functions
Instructions: Time in class to work on "Gross Muscle Packet" HW: Finish any part of the Gross Muscle Packet that is still unfinished, due Monday. Objectives: Practice identifying muscles by location and name

Notes: There are a few muscles in this game that you will not be tested on. To remind yourself which muscles you will be tested on refer to the notes we made as a class on your slides. |
